Your information, your journey

Forms collect the contact details, journey information and needs you choose to provide. These details are used to review your request, propose a fare and arrange pickup.

Requests are stored in the Belgian database and are available to authorized team members. Private driver contact details and passenger information are not published in the directory.

Tracking pages are protected by a private code. Keep your link and code confidential. The site uses a session cookie needed for forms and sign-in, without advertising tools or external audience analytics.

Do not provide identity documents, payment details or medical information in free-text fields. For an adapted vehicle, describe only practical journey requirements.

For correction or deletion, contact the team handling your request and provide its reference.

The map uses OpenStreetMap tiles. Searched addresses are sent to Photon (Komoot), and selected points to the OSRM routing service. These services also receive necessary technical connection information. The journey entered on the homepage is temporarily stored in your tab to prefill the booking, then removed. Route estimates do not include live traffic.
